Developers and ownersLock your panel cost before you break ground
Fixed factory pricing, factory work that runs while your foundation goes in, and a conventional wood-framed building your lender already understands. Infill homes, rowhomes and multifamily up to six stories.

What changes for you
Price, schedule and a building your lender knows
Fixed factory price from contract through delivery. Lumber moves, labor moves, our number does not.

Repeatable plans for rowhomes and multifamily up to six stories.
Carrying cost
Faster builds cost less to carry

Getting a price
Three steps to a fixed number
01
You send plans
Permit-ready drawings and a site address: scope, package level, site and freight. No drawings yet? Our design team starts from a survey and lot dimensions.
02
You get a fixed factory price
Valid for 30 days, with freight priced in. The factory panel price is fixed from contract through delivery for the agreed scope.
03
We lock the schedule
Your production slot, delivery date and install sequence are confirmed at contract, and panels are built while your foundation goes in.
How does a faster build lower carrying costs?
Construction-loan interest runs for every month the loan is drawn. In our 10-home example, a $250,000 home loan at an assumed 8.5% carries about $13,104 in interest over the U.S. average 7.4-month build (U.S. Census Bureau Survey of Construction, homes completed in 2025) and about $5,313 over our 3-month financing baseline, which includes manufacturing and GC completion. That is about $7,792 saved per home, or $77,917 across 10 homes. Example only, not a loan quote: the timeframes are illustrative, and actual rates, draws, fees and GC finishing change the result.
Will a lender treat this as a manufactured home?
No. Fannie Mae's Selling Guide (B2-3-02) says panelized housing "is not considered manufactured housing" and receives "the same treatment as site-built housing." The home must conform to local building codes and sit on a permanent foundation. MBS panels form a conventional wood-framed building with no chassis or HUD-code unit. Use the word panelized with your lender and appraiser, and ask your construction lender early how it funds factory-built components.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The factory panel price is fixed from contract through delivery, regardless of movements in material or labor costs. The scope is set out in your quote.
Does an MBS home cost more to insure?
Homeowner's insurance after completion is a standard policy, the same as for a site-built home. During construction, our contract language covers panels at the factory and in transit, and we walk your insurance agent through builder's risk.
Do you pay referral fees?
Introductions may qualify for a commission if the project contracts. Ask MBS for the current approval process and terms.
