The home

The Malone Rowhomes at a glance

The Malone Rowhomes take The Malone floor plan and set three homes side by side. Each home keeps the 17 × 50 ft footprint and open main floor: living room at the front, dining in the middle and an island kitchen at the rear, with a powder room and coat storage by the entry. Upstairs, the front primary suite has two closets and a private ensuite. Two rear bedrooms with outside windows share a full bath, and a separate laundry room sits next to household and linen storage. Every home has an unfinished basement, a fenced rear yard and its own parking pad off the alley. One roof slopes from the street front down to the rear garden. Warm wood fronts, charcoal sides and black windows tie the row together. Shared walls, structure, site fit and permits are developed for each project.

How it's built

The Malone Rowhomes, built with panelized construction

MBS builds The Malone Rowhomes from factory-made wall panels, floor cassettes and roof panels, CNC-cut in our St. Louis plant to the approved drawings. Panels ship flat and are set on a conventional foundation. The finished home is wood framing, not a modular box or a manufactured home, with a 50% quicker construction schedule.

  • Pick your package

Framing only, open or sheathed panels, or closed panels with windows, cladding and MEP rough-in.

  • Keep your crew

Your framer sets the panels, or MBS coordinates installation with your GC.

  • Fixed price, standard trucks
