The Waypoint at a glance
The Waypoint brings warmth and depth to compact urban living. A wood-clad upper feature sits within a continuous charcoal frame above a warm brick front and sheltered porch. Inside, a defined living area leads to an open rear kitchen and dining space. The L-shaped kitchen places its sink below a window, with a pantry for food and kitchen storage close by. A main-floor powder room and utility space support daily use. All three bedrooms sit upstairs: a queen-size primary suite with a private shower bath, a second queen bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with framed sliding storage and two bedside tables. A shared bathroom and stacked laundry complete the upper level. At the rear, a covered terrace opens to the courtyard and a separate path to an alley-access concrete parking pad. The compact Bedroom 2 foot route and final site fit remain design-development items.

How it's built
The Waypoint, built with panelized construction
MBS builds The Waypoint from factory-made wall panels, floor cassettes and roof panels, CNC-cut in our St. Louis plant to the approved drawings. Panels ship flat and are set on a conventional foundation. The finished home is wood framing, not a modular box or a manufactured home, with a 50% quicker construction schedule.
