The Slope at a glance

The Slope is built for a site that falls away to the rear. You arrive at a sculptural covered entrance beside a front courtyard. The main level opens into the great room, dining and kitchen, with a hearth lounge and covered decks along the back. The primary suite has its own wing with a walk-in wardrobe, an ensuite with a soaking tub and a screened porch. Two more bedrooms share a full bath at the other end of the house. A pantry, mudroom, laundry and powder room sit between the kitchen and the two-bay garage. The walkout level opens onto covered patios. It holds a family room, games lounge, wet bar, wine cellar and tasting alcove, a fitness studio, two guest bedrooms with a shared bath, a powder room, a second laundry, storage and a mechanical room with a workshop. The finished walkout is a proposal and can be built unfinished.
