Every piece is made to order for you. If it arrives wrong, we make it right. Free, within 30 days of delivery.
Covered for 30 days
We replace it or refund you.
Tell us within 30 days of delivery. You keep the item. Nothing to mail back.
- Damaged or defective. A print flaw, an ink issue or a manufacturing error.
- Misprinted. The wrong design, placement or color, or the wrong item.
- Lost in transit. The 30 days start from the estimated delivery date.
Not covered
Made to order means no restocking.
We don't take back:
- Wrong size or color, as ordered. Check the size chart on each product page before you order.
- A change of mind. Every piece is made for you, so we can't restock it.
- A wrong shipping address. We can reship it. Shipping is charged again.
How to file a claim
Three steps.
- 1Email info@modulebs.com within 30 days of delivery.
- 2Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem. Several items with the same issue? One photo of them together works.
- 3We review it and send a free replacement or a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
