PANELS & COMPONENTS

Give your framing crew a head start.

Less cutting. More setting. MBS supplies CNC-cut subcomponents, framed and sheathed wall panels, floor panels and roof panels from our St. Louis facility.

Choose one assembly or a coordinated framing package. We prepare the agreed work in the factory so your crew can focus on layout, setting, connections and the work you keep on site.

02 / BARE FRAMED PANELS

Bare framed—or naked—wall panels arrive as open wood frames with coordinated door and window openings and agreed backing. Move repeat wall layout and assembly into the factory.

Your crew locates, sets, connects and braces the panels. Sheathing and enclosure layers remain separately scoped, so you keep control of the work you want on site.

01 / SUBCOMPONENTS

Subcomponents

Door legs, header assemblies, stud packs, channels and Els are prepared for the openings and repeat details in your drawings. Buy selected assemblies without ordering a whole building package.

CNC cutting and automated subcomponent nailing move repetitive preparation into our factory. Header size, plies, bearing and fastening follow the project design. Your crew handles field layout and integration.

Framed wall panels with specified structural sheathing attached before delivery. Our routing and nailing equipment moves repeat cuts and fastening into the factory.
