His background includes 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, including real estate investment, construction, residential renovation and development projects, property management, business development, and managing teams as a director in marketing and design. Mark is a humanitarian and leads MBS with that ethos in mind. He has visited Haiti 13 times, building schools, homes, and orphanages.

His background includes 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, including real estate investment, construction, residential renovation and development projects, property management, business development, and leading teams as a marketing and creative director.
Mark is a humanitarian and leads MBS with this focus in mind. He has volunteered his time locally at homeless shelters and visited Haiti numerous times, building schools, homes, and orphanages.

Lorne Henderson
Lorne designed our preparatory connection technology and will lead our engineering and design team.
Working for various companies and as an independent contractor, he has over 20 years of experience in designing lumber manufacturing facilities, fluid power system design, sawmill equipment design, highway tanker truck design, drill rig design, and manufacturing innovation designs.

A graduate engineer with experience in four verticals (telecommunications, utilities, information technology and construction), gained across three continents (North America, Europe and Asia) in businesses of all sizes, under both Corporate and Private Equity ownership.

Bryan has over 30 years of experience in modular manufacturing and offsite construction. He has started several operations from the ground up. He has been employed in Modular Design and Engineering, Production Management, Quality Assurance, General Management, and Operations Management.
Brian holds over 57 building and general contracting licenses and has decades of experience building teams and working with start-ups.

Maxine Clark is one of the true innovators in the retail industry. In 1997, she founded Build-A-Bear Workshop®, a teddy-bear-themed retail-entertainment experience. In June 2013, Maxine stepped down from her executive role to apply her entrepreneurial skills to her passion for improving K-12 public education and investing in and mentoring women and minority entrepreneurs.
